The services provided by Redpoint Consulting Limited ("Redpoint") through the Website ("Service" or "Services") and the use of the Website are governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Services or the Website or by registering as a bidder ("Bidder" or "User"), you agree that
- You have read the Terms and Conditions,
- You understand the Terms and Conditions, and
- Your use of the Services and the Website will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Services or the Website.
The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims)
The Terms and Conditions together with any additional terms and conditions specific to a particular auction constitute the entire agreement (the "Agreement") between Redpoint and User and replace any earlier version of the Terms and Conditions.
Redpoint may amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, at Redpoint's sole discretion, without notice. Any amendment of the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on the Website. Use of the Services and the Website constitutes an acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
Role of Redpoint.
Redpoint provides the Services and the Website only as a service for auctioneers ("Sellers") who offer for sale items and Bidders may may bid these items. Redpoint is neither a principal with interest in the transactions, nor an agent of Bidder or Seller. Redpoint does not make, and should not be construed as having made, any representation or warranty of any kind concerning any of the offered assets or offerings, including without limitation any representation or warranty regarding the quality, safety or legality of the offered assets, or the truth or accuracy of any offerings.
Redpoint makes no representation or warranty of any kind as to the ability of either Bidder or Seller to complete a sale in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, and in accordance with any additional terms and conditions specific to a particular auction.
Redpoint does not have the power to transfer title of any assets offered by Sellers.
Redpoint may at its sole discretion to block any User who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any dispute regarding any transaction conducted through use of the Services or the Website the User hereby releases Redpoint, its partners and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, employees, agents and successors in title and each of the foregoing, from any and all manner of action or claim and from any and all losses, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation court costs and legal fees, which User may have against the Released Parties.
In particular, Redpoint shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or cost or expense arising from the use of the Service, or in Redpoints' failure to provide The Service. The Service is not guaranteed to be error free or to be available at any time.

1) Tous les lots de nos catalogues sont décrits en fonction de notre expérience et de nos connaissances. Leur description et leur état dépendent de notre expertise et peuvent varier d’une personne à une autre mais ne peuvent, en aucun cas, faire l’objet de litige si l’on considère que la photo fait foi et que l’acquéreur achète en connaissance de cause.
2) Exposition : Les lots sont visibles en nos locaux, uniquement sur rendez-vous préalable au +33 (0)2 32 61 27 43 ou par mail à monnaiesdantan@gmail.com
3) Prix de réserve : aucune offre inférieure au prix de réserve ne sera prise en compte.
4) Prix d’adjudication :
a - L’adjudication est faite au plus offrant. Monnaies d’Antan accepte d’exécuter des ordres d’enchérisseurs, qui auront été transmis par écrit avant la vente.
b - Toute personne qui se porte enchérisseur s’engage à régler personnellement le prix de l’adjudication augmenté des frais à la charge de l’acheteur.
En sus du prix de l’adjudication, l’acheteur devra payer une commission de 15% HT (18% TTC) calculée sur le au montant de l’adjudications.
Les négociants des pays de la CEE devront, à cet effet, nous communiquer leur numéro de TVA intracommunautaire pour bénéficier de l’exemption de TVA.

6) Déroulement de la vente E-Auction : Pour participer à la vente en Live, il est neccéssaire de vous inscrire sur la plateforme Redpoint (https://auctions.live-bidder.com) Les enchérisseurs nous ayant fait parvenir leurs offres par écrit devront donc tenir compte du fait qu’il nous sera impossible de gérer des conditions de choix sur des lots déjà passés à la vente.
Il faut donc que les lots soient inscrits sur le bordereau, dans l’ordre de parution au catalogue et non plus dans l’ordre de préférence.
Les lots invendus resteront disponibles pendant trois semaines après la vente, au prix de réserve après la vente.
7) Contestations : l’authenticité des lots est garantie. L’enchérisseur est responsable de ses enchères, même pour le compte d’un tiers.
Les contestation justifiées sont admises dans un délais de 14 jours qui suivent la réception des lots. Seules les réclamations portant sur l’authenticité des lots pourront être acceptées après la vente, les acheteurs ayant pu vérifier par avance les états, qualités des lots proposés sur les plateformes de présentations de nos ventes.
8) Les factures : à la clôture de la vente, les factures seront envoyées aux enchérisseurs :
• Par email pour les clients ayant une adresse mail
• Par courrier pour les clients ne possédant pas d’adresse mail.
Pour le bon déroulement des envois et afin d’éviter des retours, nous vous saurions gré de bien vouloir nous signaler tout changement du type adresse, numéro de téléphone fixe ou mobile, adresse email.
9) Les expéditions : l’envoi des lots se fera après paiement de la facture par le client.
Les frais de ports sont fonction de la nature des lots, de leur poids et de leur destination et sont à la charge des acheteurs.
10) Délais de règlement des factures : l’ordre d’achat est irrévocable et le signataire s’engage à régler les lots obtenus, à réception de sa facture, ceci dans un délai de dix jours.
Si le règlement n’est pas effectué dans les temps, le montant total sera majoré de 1 % par mois, sauf accord préalable avec Monnaies d’Antan.
Par ailleurs, l’envoi des lots ne sera fait qu’après paiement de la facture dans son intégralité.
11) Qualité des monnaies : l’état des monnaies étant donné de manière indicative, sur l’analyse visuelle des monnaies, la non obtention par nos clients d’un grade par les entreprises habilitées à le faire ne peux être un motif de retour des monnaies.
12) Moyens de paiement : les paiements peuvent être effectués soit :

Terms of the auction sale 1) All the lots of this catalog are described regarding our experience and knowledge. The desrciption we make and the condition of the items can be different from a person to another one but, can’t be the reason of disputes if we consider that the photos show the items and buyers make their purchases with full knowledge of the facts.
2) Exposition : It will be possible to see the lots in our office but only with an appointment phoning to +33 (0)2 32 61 27 43 or sending us an email to the following address monnaiesdantan@gmail.com
3) The reserved price : we won’t accept any offer inferior to the reserved price.
4) Adjudication price :
a - The adjudication is due to the best bidder. Monnaies d’Antan can place written bids for you (even by Email), if they have been transmitted before the beginning of the auction.
b - Each bidder will have to pay the adjudication price increased with the fees in charge of the buyer.
The buyer will have to pay a commission of 15 % free of charge (18. % all charges included), added to the adjudication ‘s amount.
Professional from the EEC are invited to give us their VAT number that will exempt them of VAT payment.

6) The auction procedure of our E-Auction : To have the possibility to participate on Live to our auction you must register on Redpoint (https://auctions.live-bidder.com).
This sale will follow the order of the descriptions of our catalog. Bidders must understand that it won’t be possible to take into account, their choices between several items, especially if many of them are already over. The paper form will have to be compiled following the order of the catalog and not the order of the bidder’s preferences.
The unsold lots will stay available at the starting price, during 3 weeks after the end of the auction.
7) Claims : The authenticity of all our lots is garanteed. We consider that bidders are responsible of their purchases, even on somebody’s behalf.
Justified disputes are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the lots. Only complaints relating to the authenticity of the lots may be accepted after the sale, the buyers having been able to verify in advance the conditions and qualities of the lots offered on the presentation platforms of our sales.
8) Invoices : at the end of the auction, an invoice will be sent to each bidder :
- by mail for clients who have an email address
- by post for the others.
For good conditions of shipping, thank you for let us know your address, phone numbers and email address and tell us if something has changed. 9) Shipment : the shipment of the lots will be made after the payment of the invoice by the client.
The shipping cost takes into account the nature of the lots, their weight and their destination. They are paid by the buyers.
10) Terms of payment : the invoice is definitive and each client has to pay the lots he won, within ten days after the reception of his invoice.
Without an agreement of Monnaies d’Antan, the total amount of the invoice, will be increased of 1 % by month in case this one was not paid in the time allowed.
Otherwise, the lots will be sent after the full payment of the invoice by the client.
11) Coin’s quality : The coin’s condition is only given after a visual analysis. So it won’t be possible to return coins that won’t have been graduated by the firms authorized to do so.
