Auction House Terms

2. A Kft. garantálja minden darab valódiságát!

3. A Kft. minden érdeklõdõnek lehetõséget ad a tételek elõzetes megtekintésére, melynek helyszíne a Kft. üzlethelyisége: 1074 Budapest, Dohány u. 1/A 2015. 11. 9–13-ig: 1000–1800 között (kivéve november 10-én kedden: 1000–1400-ig) Kérjük, saját kényelmük érdekében az idõpontot elõre egyeztetni szíveskedjenek. Telefonszámunk: (06 1) 267 0707 Az aznap árverésre kerülõ tételek megtekinthetõek az aukció helyszínén 10 órától, de a nagy érdeklõdésre való tekintettel szíveskedjenek az elõzetes megtekintést Dohány utcai üzletünkben elõnyben részesíteni.

5. A vételár leütési árból és 17% árverési jutalékból áll. Eredményes licitkor a vevõ köteles a teljes vételárat azonnal készpénzben kifizetni.

7. Vitás esetekben döntõ Bíróság helye mindkét fél számára Budapest. Eredményes árverezést kívánunk!
