This service is operated by Redpoint Consulting Limited.

The services provided by Redpoint Consulting Limited ("Redpoint") through the Website ("Service" or "Services") and the use of the Website are governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Services or the Website or by registering as a bidder ("Bidder" or "User"), you agree that

1. You have read the Terms and Conditions,
2. You understand the Terms and Conditions, and
3. Your use of the Services and the Website will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Services or the Website.

The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims)

The Terms and Conditions together with any additional terms and conditions specific to a particular auction constitute the entire agreement (the "Agreement") between Redpoint and User  and replace any earlier version of the Terms and Conditions.

Redpoint may amend  the Terms and Conditions at any time, at Redpoint's sole discretion, without notice. Any amendment of the Terms and Conditions will be displayed on the Website.  Use of the Services and the Website constitutes an acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

Role of Redpoint.

Redpoint provides the Services and the Website only as a service for auctioneers ("Sellers") who offer for sale items and Bidders may may bid these items. Redpoint is neither a principal with interest in the transactions, nor an agent of Bidder or Seller. Redpoint does not make, and should not be construed as having made, any representation or warranty of any kind concerning any of the offered assets or offerings, including without limitation any representation or warranty regarding the quality, safety or legality of the offered assets, or the truth or accuracy of any offerings.

Redpoint makes no representation or warranty of any kind as to the ability of either Bidder or Seller to complete a sale in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, and in accordance with any additional terms and conditions specific to a particular auction.

Redpoint does not have the power to transfer title of any assets offered by Sellers.

Redpoint may at its sole discretion to block any User who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any dispute regarding any transaction conducted through use of the Services or the Website the User hereby releases Redpoint, its partners and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, employees, agents and successors in title and each of the foregoing, from any and all manner of action or claim  and from any and all losses, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation court costs and legal fees, which User may have against the Released Parties.

In particular, Redpoint shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or cost or expense arising from the use of the Service, or in Redpoints' failure to provide The Service. The Service is not guaranteed to be error free or to be available at any time.

PURCHASE REGULATIONS IN AUCTION

1. Os interessados poderão entrar em contacto com a Numismática Diamantino, e efetuar marcação para visualização dos lotes que irão ser leiloados. O prazo para marcação, bem como os dias disponíveis para esse efeito, será definido antes de cada leilão. Não se aceitam reclamações depois dos lotes serem arrematados.
   To see the available lots, buyers can contact Numismática Diamantino to arrange a visit to our office. The limit date to request the visit and the days of the visit are established by Numismática Diamantino.
   
   
2. Em lotes previamente identificados, e após o término do leilão, poderá ser exigido um sinal, previamente definido pela Numismática Diamantino, para que a sua compra se torne efetiva.
   In specific lots, in the end of the auction, buyers may have to do a deposit, previously established by Numismática Diamantino, to confirm its acquisition. These lots are identified in the auction's catalogue.
   
   
3. A participação dos compradores está condicionada à aprovação da Numismática Diamantino.
   Buyers must be approved by Numismática Diamantino.
   
   
4. O Pregoeiro é quem dirige o leilão, e tem o direito a desdobrar lotes, agrupá-los ou colocar novamente em leilão os lotes sobre os quais existam dúvidas quanto ao último licitante. O valor mínimo de cada lance é igualmente definido pelo pregoeiro.
   The auctioneer is the maximum authority during the auction, and has the right to split lots, group them or put them again in auction when is not clear who did the last bid. The minimum bidding is also decided by him.
   
   
5. As licitações feitas através de ordem de compra têm preferência em caso de empate, e entre elas prevalece a ordem de compra recebida mais cedo.
   In case of a tie, pre-bidding has priority. If the tie is between two pre-bids, the first received in our office will be winner.
   
   
6. As licitações são feitas em tempo real sob a forma presencial, pelo telefone ou através da plataforma online. Podem igualmente ser enviadas ordens de compra via e-mail, CTT e Fax.
   Buyers can bid in the room, by phone or online. Pre-bidding is available online, by mail (CTT), e-mail or Fax.
   
   
7. O prazo para pagamento dos lotes termina no quinto dia útil após a publicação dos resultados do leilão. O levantamento apenas poderá ser feito após boa cobrança.
   Lots must be paid in 5 workdays after the auction, and can only be delivered after that.
   
   
8. Os lotes arrematados poderão ser enviados em correio registado (CTT e DHL com seguro obrigatório ) para o comprador, sendo os portes e seguro suportados pelo mesmo. A Numismática Diamantino não se responsabiliza por qualquer dano ou extravio ocorrido durante o transporte.
   Sold lots can be sended by registered mail (CTT and DHL with insurance). Buyers are responsible for the shipping and insurance costs. Numismática Diamantino is not responsible for any damage or disappearing during shipping. 
   
   
9. Sobre o valor de arrematação incide uma comissão de 15%, e sobre esta o IVA à taxa legal em vigor.
   A commission of 15% will be added to the price the lot was sold, plus legal VAT.
